Jesus Speaks To The People In Bethany

The news soon spread abroad that Jesus, king of Israel, had come to Bethany, and all the people of the town came forth to greet the king. And Jesus, standing in the midst of them, exclaimed,

“Behold, indeed, the king has come,

 but Jesus is not a worldly king.

He is King of Kings and Lord of Lords,

 not seen with the ordinary carnal eye,

  who is seen with eye of the soul,

   called the spiritual eye.

“The kingdom truly is at hand;

 but men cannot see it with carnal eyes;

 they cannot see the king upon the throne.
 This is the kingdom of the soul;

 its throne is not an earthly throne;

 its king is not a man.

When human kings found kingdoms here,

 they conquer other kings by force of arms;

 one kingdom rises on the ruins of another one.
 But when our Father-God sets up the kingdom of the soul,

 He pours His blessings forth, like rain,

 upon the thrones of earthly kings who rule in righteousness.

It is not a must that God would overthrow;

 His sword is raised against injustice, wantonness and crime.
 Now, while the kings of Rome do justice,

 and love mercy and walk humbly with their God,

 the benediction of the Triune God will rest upon them all.
 They need not fear a messenger whom God sends forth to earth.
 I am not sent to sit upon a throne to rule as Caesar rules;

 and you may tell the ruler of the Israelites

 that I am not a claimant for his throne.

Men call me Christ, and God has recognized the name;

 but Christ is not a man.

The Christ is universal love, and Love is king.
 This Jesus is but man who has been fitted

 by temptations overcome, by trials multiform,

 to be the temple through which Christ can manifest to men.

Therefore, hear, you men of Israel, hear!

Look not upon the flesh; it is not the king.

Look to the Christ within,

 who shall be formed in every one of you,

 as He is formed in me.
When you have purified your hearts by faith,

 the king will enter in, and you will see His face.”

And then the people asked,

“What must we do that we may make our bodies fit and abiding places for the king?”

And Jesus said,

“Whatever tends to purity in thought, and word, and deed

 will cleanse the temple of the flesh.
There are no rules that can apply to all,

 for men are specialists in sin;

 each has his own besetting sin,
 And each must study for himself how he can

 best change his tendency to evil things to that of righteousness and love.

Until men reach the higher plane,

 and get away from selfishness,

 this rule will give the best results:
 Do unto other men what you would have them do to you.”

 And many of the people said,

 “We know that Jesus is the Christ,

 the king who was to come,

 and blessed be His name.”

Repent, For The Kingdom Of Heaven Is At Hand

From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand." Matthew 4:17

Everywhere A Christian

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, does it mean that the Christ will visit the person?

The Head: Jesus was explaining to the man that, to be with Christ does not necessarily mean to stay in the same place with Jesus Christ, because Christ is universal spirit and love. Everybody can join and stay with the FirstSon of God, Jesus Christ, by learning and practicing all the teachings, corrections, messages and warnings of the Lord and Saviour, by each person doing so wherever he is.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, we ask this questions because if the person does the right things, he shall succeed and prosper in spirit, become one with the Christ, and join in teaching others.

As he follows your teachings, he grows in spirit, becomes radiant and steadfast. Even so all the children of God supposed to be making efforts.

Explanations:

1.     Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, "The kingdom of God does not come with observation;  nor will they say, ‘See here!' or 'See there!' For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you."  Luke 17:20-21

2.     People are already inside the kingdom of God, because

The earth is the Lord's, and all its fullness,

The world and those who dwell therein.

For He has founded it upon the seas,

And established it upon the waters.

Psalms 24:1-2

3.     The kingdom is already here and present.

4.     Humanity are already living inside the kingdom.

5.     It is left to them to make the kingdom manifest for their own good.

6.     People shall make the kingdom manifest by knowledge of the Truth; by living in righteousness, which is the character of God and written as the word of God; and by holiness, the summary of which is to accept whatever God accepts and to reject whatever God rejects.

7.     The gate of heaven has always been open, waiting for man to enter. The problem is that people do not know how to enter. And the religious leaders do not know. How can the religious leaders be lacking in the very service they should render to humanity?

8.     You enter this kingdom, not by going to the mountains, valleys, wilderness, riverside, monastery or famous places.

9.     You enter the gates of heaven by observing quite times and meditation. Silence is the abode of God; and quietness, the gateway into His presence.

10.                        The easy and shortest way to heaven is by rendering selfless services to God and humanity.

11.                        These are the simple facts, which religious leaders have neglected for so many years, and thereby misleading the multitudes that follow them.

Jesus Goes To Jerusalem And Introduces Himself By Reading
Now, Jesus and His six disciples turned their faces toward Jerusalem, and many people followed them.
But Matthew, son of Alpheus, ran on before, and when he reached Jerusalem, he said, “Behold the Christ comes! “The multitudes came forth to see the king. But Jesus did not speak to any one, until He reached the temple court, and then He opened up a book of prophecy and read:

Behold, I send my messenger,

 and he will pave the way,

 and Christ, for whom you wait,

 will come unto His temple unannounced.

Behold, for He will come, says God, the Lord of hosts.”

And then He closed the book; He said no more; He left the temple halls, and with His six disciples, went His way to Nazareth, and they abode with Mary, Jesus' mother, and her half-sister, Miriam.

Jesus Christ As King Of Kings And Lord Of Lords

Jesus is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. He is not seen with the ordinary eyes. It is the spiritual eyes, the eye of the soul, that are able to see Him. This king is not an earthly king. He is a heavenly and spiritual king

Son of man, Jesus was also explaining the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus is the Holy Spirit, and Himself gives the powers of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the King of the Universe. He controls all that God has created.

It is by the power of the Holy Spirit that all created things exist, according to the will of God. If the Holy Spirit were not present, the creations shall not function very well.

Jesus was explaining that He did not come to become a worldly king, and not to rule the way kings of the earth govern their various kingdoms in diverse ways, according to human knowledge and reasoning. Jesus rules the children of God, by the powers of the Holy Spirit. He also gives them the powers of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus Rejects The Rulers Of The Synagogue Of Nazareth
Next day as Peter walked about in Nazareth, he met the ruler of the synagogue who asked, “Who is this Jesus recently come to Nazareth?”
And Peter said, “This Jesus is the Christ of whom our prophets wrote; He is the king of Israel. His mother, Mary, lives on Marion Way.”
The ruler said, “Tell Him to come up to the synagogue, for I would hear His plea.”
 And Peter ran and told to Jesus what the ruler said; but Jesus answered not; He went not to the synagogue.

Then in the evening time, the ruler came up Marmion Way, and in the home of Mary found He Jesus and His mother all alone.
And when the ruler asked for proof of His Messiahship, and why He did not come to the synagogue when He was bidden, Jesus said, “I am not slave to any man. I am not called unto this ministry by priest. It is not mine to answer when men call. I come the Christ of God; I answer unto God alone.
Who gave you right to ask for proof of my Messiahship? My proof lies in my words and works, and so if you will follow me, you will not lack for proof.”
And then the ruler went his way; he asked himself, “What manner of a man is this to disregard the ruler of the synagogue?”

The people of the town came out in throngs to see the Christ, and hear Him speak; but Jesus said, “A prophet has no honour in his native town, among his kin. I will not speak in Nazareth until the words I speak, and works I do in other towns have won the faith of men. Until men know that God has Christed me to manifest eternal love.
Good will to you, my kin; I bless you with a boundless love, and I declare for you abundant joy and happiness.” He said no more, and all the people marvelled much because He would not speak in Nazareth.

Why Jesus Do Not Teach Sometimes

 If the children of God were teachers, would they not do the way Jesus Christ did?

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, the way Christians are students and are causing restlessness, if they were teachers, would they teach?

The Head: No.

Apostle Matthew: Why is it that Jesus did not want to teach them?

The Head: It is not that Jesus did not want to teach. The problem is that they have not yet grown up in spirit to understand what Jesus was saying. And the religious leaders would like Jesus to join them, and do things the way the synagogue rulers and Pharisees were doing.

And if Jesus join them, there is no way the muddled water can be removed or made clean. The tendency of the adults is to keep on doing things as usual. They would easily revert to the old and wrong ways of doing things. And the result shall be a mixing of the old and wrong things with the new and good things.

And if allowed, they shall later abandon all the teachings, corrections, messages and warnings of Jesus, to do as they want. Just as Jesus spent time to visit many nations and several temples in the world. But all these nations and temples have abandoned the teachings, corrections, messages and warnings of Jesus. They do not even mention Jesus or His teaching in all their books, publications or broadcasts.

Therefore, it is necessary that all religious leaders, who are spiritually blind, ignorant and lazy be swept aside, for new generations to arise and do what God said.

And what Jesus told them is good. For the world, governments and leaderships, to know that the person who comes in the name of God does not have to obtain permission from them. It is their compulsory duty to know, do and enforce the purpose of the messenger of God.

Apostle Matthew: Son of man, what you said are true.
